Meet Mush
I'm Mush — a Los Angeles-based fine artist who uses canvas as a mirror for the inner world.
My work lives in the space between intention and discovery. At any given moment, five or six unfinished pieces wait for me in the studio, each one calling out differently depending on the day. I work primarily in oil and acrylic, letting the medium speak as much as the subject.
My greatest mentor has always been life itself — and the people moving through it. I've found that others often see me more clearly than I see myself, and that's not unsettling. It's the whole point. Listening is how I learn who I am. And who I am is what ends up on the canvas.
